Browning Auto Parts does not claim responsibility for the time it takes the shipper we use (UPS, ABF Freight, AC Freight, US Postal Service, FedEx) to get the part to you. The freight times we quote are estimated times offered to us by these shipping companies. Delays are beyond seller's control.
Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be forfeited.
Buyer is responsible for any tariffs, duties, or taxes if they apply.
Engine warranty: used engines are guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head, or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e. carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warrantied. These are left on the engine for the installer's convenience only.
It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation.
