Locating Service

In addition to stocking our warehouse daily, we are in touch with locating services that expand our contacts nationwide, enabling us to find any part in minimal time. Interchange systems are available that categorize parts and define the possible substitutes. Because we have nationwide contacts and can offer interchangeable equipment, our customers receive more options and frequent price reductions.

Return Policy

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise unless being returned for warranty. This excludes electrical parts, smog parts, or carburetors which are warrantied for replacement only.

Warranty and Shipping Policies
All parts are warrantied for 90 days from date of sale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to shipment of part.
• Warranty is for replacement of part only. • Warranty does not cover labor, towing, rentals, storage, or lost wages under any circumstances.
• Warranty does not cover parts that are:
1. over heated
2. improperly installed
3. used for racing purposes
4. altered in any way unless authorized by Browning Auto Parts
5. abused
6. improperly maintained by buyer

• No warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids, or coolant.
• Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty without it.
• All prices quoted are without freight unless otherwise stated.
• Seller is not liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages.
• Seller is not responsible for buyer's error.
• Buyer is responsible for maintenance of parts, including but not limited to maintaining proper fluid levels.
• If you have a problem, contact Browning Auto Parts prior to removing part or attempting any repair to part.
• $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
• Freight is not refundable for any reason.
• All items are subject to prior sale, unless deposit arrangements are made.

Shipping and Special Order Policies

• Browning Auto Parts does not claim responsibility for the time it takes the shipper we use (UPS, ABF Freight, AC Freight, US Postal Service, FedEx) to get the part to you. The freight times we quote are estimated times offered to us by these shipping companies. Delays are beyond Seller's control.
• Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be forfeited.
• Buyer is responsible for any tariffs, duties, or taxes if they apply. Engine Warranty
• Used engines are guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head, or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e. carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warrantied. These are left on the engine for the installer's convenience only.
• It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation.
